implement a Brand Shop in Food and Beverage Field

We have established our own Brand for food and beverage shop business. Already we have our shops in Dubai. Now we want to open our new outlet in Saudi Arabia. Basically, this shop will serve light food and snacks like coffee, ice cream, cookies, buns, salads with local Now we need an experienced Management Expert for short term basis (3 to 6 months) for following task: 1- Understanding the requirement of the brand food and beverage shop business. 2- Know and contact the shop designer, constructors and understand the design, provide suggestions to the top management and follow up the all implementation works. 3- Know the suppliers of hospitality shop equipment, raw materials, accessories, consumables and contact them for further import purchases. 4- Train lower staff to operate the shop smoothly. 5- Know and contact the office equipment and software (POS) providers for financial control.
