Adwords iPhone and iPad management tool

If you have used the Adwords editor tool, you will understand exactly what I require from this API. I would like to design an application initially for iPhone and iPad which will allow the management of Adwords campaigns. There are plenty of tools out there that allow for you to "view and download" reports. I am not looking for reporting. Although it would be nice to see the reports online, I more want a tool that can manage the Adwords Account through an API which is freely available through Google.

Please see a rough wire frame on what I would like the app to have access to below. This is a very rough draft, and screen shots have been provided to show what needs to be on each page.

I need to be VERY clear on one thing. This project has been posted before and I had a developer say that they could create the app. They created an iframe which was just a browser in an app which i do not want. I want a full functioning application with all the settings and options available in it.

The app should function like Adwords editor and allow offline changes which can then be synced by clicking a sync button which will send the information back to google to change. Please see application "Adwords Editor" and you will see exactly what I mean. What I am looking to do is replicate this app for availability on an iPad, and then a more scaled down version for an iphone. The iPad version is the more important one at the moment.

An iphone screen may be too small to allow this functionality, but if you can show me how it would work on an iphone if it was scaled down from an iPad I am willing to investigate this option and pay the extra for those services as well.
