very simple iOS Swift app to be developed

Hello,
I am looking for an experienced iOS Swift developer who can take on a simple development project for us.
Here's the basic specs of the app:
The GUI will have 11 buttons. The main 10 buttons, when touched would output simple OSC data over the local network. The 11th button would turn on a sequencer that would automatically cycle through the buttons in sequential order every so many seconds.
This will be a privately used control app - not a consumer app store app. I will handle all distribution and installation of the app myself.
