"Where's Waldo?" style illustration

I need somebody who is capable of creating a "Where's Waldo?" / "Where's Wally?" style illustration. There should be several characters (who we will name) to find. This will be used as a promotional gimmick - but the style needs to be similar enough for people to instantly see the parody/understand it.
The "Where's Waldo" illustrations always include a lot of interesting things happening and are designed with a sense of humor/wackiness, and hopefully you can capture this also.
Please include something in your response to let me know you have read the description. I would be very interested in seeing similar work, or hearing how you would tackle this.
