Realistic rendering of a diagram

I would like for someone to make a more realistic drawing of this diagram. I do clinical research and would like to have it to include in my conference presentations. In the diagram attached, the person is sitting in a research laboratory testing room and is clicking a computer mouse (it could also be an old school joystick apparatus) to make choices between drugs and money, which are reflected on the computer screen (Ignore the money bag sitting under the seat). On the circular table are the drug and money options they are choosing between. What I would like is a more realistic rendering of this diagram. Having this person sitting in a small, sterile, laboratory room performing this task as shown in the diagram. Not too much detail on the room or the person are needed since, I might have to reproduce this figure in a pretty small journal article. It can be black and white or in color, and the details of the person should be pretty general, I don't want someone to think the drawing is based on them. I'm under pretty tight time constraint, so I would need it done by Tuesday (2/26) or so.
