Create an Animation in After Effects

Hi, I am looking for someone who can do excellent quality animation 2D using After Effects/Flash etc. I will provide the Screenplay, Voiceover and characters and assets in AI format. The animation is going to be very simple and should be achieved within 3 days. I am not going to pay in Advance - first you will have to show me a test sequence , if approved then only i will hire you. This is a series of explainer videos which are going to be on monthly basis. SO i am looking for a reliable and good animator with good communication skills and animation skills. Happy bidding! Duration of animation is 2 minutes. It will involve simple character animation and motion graphics.
