I’m looking to wire up a [login to view URL] (Integromat) scenario that talks directly to my Canva account so the process of producing – and later tweaking – social-media graphics and presentation decks happens without me clicking through Canva each time. Here’s what I already have and what I need from you: • Two fully-branded Canva templates – one for social posts, one for slide decks. • Clear naming conventions and folders in Canva. • Data sources (spreadsheets / forms) that will feed copy, images or placeholders once the scenario is live. Your job is to build a [login to view URL] workflow that will: 1. Spin up brand-new designs from either template when triggered. 2. Locate an existing design by ID or name and push updates into the correct pages or elements. 3. Save the finished files back to the right Canva folder and return share/download links so my team can review instantly. You should not have to click through Canva every time a post or deck needs to go out. You already have the templates, folders, and data. I can start right now. In 24 to 48 hours you get a live sample on your files: a new design from a template and an existing one updated in place, both in the right folder with share links. Point 2 on your list is where this either works or quietly doesn't, and it's worth settling before you hire anyone. Creating fresh designs from a brand template with data pushed in is well supported through Canva's Connect API, and Make handles it cleanly. Locating an existing design and updating specific pages or elements inside it is the part where Canva's API is thinner than most people expect. So I'd check that first, against your actual two templates, before either of us assumes the whole scenario is buildable as written. If the update path isn't there, the usual answer is regenerate-and-replace rather than edit-in-place - same end result, different plumbing - but you want to know that now, not after paying for a build. What I'd deliver: a Make scenario triggered from your sheet or form, creating the design from the right template, saving it to the correct folder, and writing the share and download links back to the row. Failures route to a separate branch with the failing record, so one bad row doesn't silently stop the run. Rs.1,100 an hour.
