PowerMTA maintenance

Needed an IT engineer or a company who has previous experience in managing, administrating and enhancing PowerMTA
We have PowerMTA mail solution installed on dedicated Linux server.
The awarded contractor will have to do the following
- check configuration of server
- check any issue reported and fix them in few hours
- enhance settings and configuration to get highest number of email reach
- Check IPs for MTA reputation
- Do any MX record or rDNS settings
- Manage PowerMTA
- Server administration
The interested candidates shall put their monthly fees, please note that if we got no issues on the server, the contractor will still get paid his monthly fees.
The contractor have to be available to fix any issue not more than 12 hours from being reported.
Payment first 3 months will be paid at the end of the month, after that payment will be paid in advance after contractor proved that he is committed to the contract.
Applied candidates should have previous experience with at least 3-4 deployed PowerMTA solution who are still active till now
