Help Promote our site megalocker to users (western based)

1. Were looking at getting real traffic to our site, so working with a company or agency is fine 2. The site is [login to view URL] and it's a site (similar to megashares, rapidshare, etc.) which allow users to upload and download files 3. The difference with [login to view URL] is that users can search for already uploaded data, And they get a free (Premium Account for 5 days) after registering Marketing: a. I'm looking for Western traffic users, North America, and Western European traffic b. I'm open to ideas but need real people in fact im willing to pay $.02 USD (50 users per $1) with a monthly budget of $200 for the next couple months (Hint 10k real users) if possible however they have to be real, session times, unique ips, etc. c. I'll keep track with google analytics and other software to ensure traffic is coming and is real Any ideas are welcome
