Need Website Traffic - 90,000 US Visitors Over 30 Days

I need 3,000 unique visitors per day sent to my site for the next 30 days, for a total of 90,000 visitors a month. US traffic only please. No spamming or black hat methods allowed. We do not want the site to be at risk of being banned or blacklisted by Google, Yahoo and other search engines. If necessary you must be able to verify the source of the traffic.
