We are looking for someone capable of managing each of the following tasks to form a high quality, performance-driven customer acquisition setup:
This is for setup and 1 months management of all of the following.
- AdWords. Including:
You will have an AdWords budget to manage.
This includes creating and organising the campaigns, adding keywords/ads, monitoring performance and removing poor performers.
You will be expected to establish the baseline SEM metrics (specifically: eCPA) and work with us to establish performance targets.
- SEO. Including:
Complete a competitive analysis of page rank, SEO terms, etc.
Work with us to establish a suitable list of keywords for the website.
You will be expected to establish the baseline SEO metrics (specifically: Page Rank and search page results)
Optimise around those keywords using internal (eg: site optimisations) and external (eg: inbound links, etc) practices.
- Social Media.
Add to Facebook/Twitter audience (not using paid acquisition)
We are looking for real users who are suitably targeted for the product (Target criteria will be provided, for example: USA Males)
- Reporting
You will need to prepare an initial report containing baseline analytics across SEM, SEO & Social.
You will be required to deliver weekly updates containing the key metrics identified for each part of the project.
If performance is falling behind targets, reports must include what is being done to rectify this.
Reports must be completed on a letterhead template which will be provided.

It is important that all these tasks are carried out to a very high standard, with a methodical, data driven approach.
We expect our team to think laterally, problem solve creatively and communicate clearly & often.

- One Last Thing
These are intended to be ongoing projects so if we work well together and the outcomes are met we will book recurring projects with you.
We have several of these projects available and we hope that from this we find someone capable of running many of these projects at once.
