100,000 Fans for Facebook FAN and Twitter page for website

I am looking for 100,000 Facebook fans and 100000 Twitter followers very fast for a specific Facebook fan page and Twitter account. Please bid only if you have worked with Indian facebook fans and Indian twitter page and have access to them quickly.

IMPORTANT!: EXPECTED BID AMOUNT FOR THIS PROJECT IS MAX $100...I NEED PROFESSIONAL LONG TERM BUSINESS PARTNERS. I PLAN TO RUN MANY PROJECTS LIKE THIS FOR MANY OTHER CATEGORIES. SO PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND, Will give work in next phase too.

The added Fans must meet these requirements:

* All fans must be real people with active facebook pages (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended soon-NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM!

* Fans must be from: India.

* All fans must be 50+ friends and a minimum of 4 photos

* All fans must be aged 25 and over

* All fans must have at least one child under between 4-15 yrs

* All fans must have status updated that go back maximum of 15 days

* At least 75% of fans added must be female

* All fans must be married

* All conditions are same for twitter accounts. FB members should not be twitter followers and vice versa.

IMPORTANT:

*Proof of prior work will be advantageous, esp. with references.

* You will be paid 2 weeks after you are done just to see that fans are real and not dissapearing..

* Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for.

* Please use only good practices for inviting fans (Facebook account must not be banned for your actions and kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted.
