I have recently launched an eCommerce business based in Australia and for the Australian market. As part of our short term marketing plan (1-3months), my aim is to increase reach, determine effective metrics/reporting, ensure consistent presence in market and continue to improving the website to suit our customers and their needs.

Target - APRIL 2014
- Acquire 2,500 new businesses (join the website)
- Achieve 5,000 new customer account (different to business account. customers place jobs for businesses to bid on)
- Increase traffic to the website (page view, unique visitors, etc . . .)
Hoping to achieve this through:
- Referral program (new members to refer us to their friends for us to wave their fees or put them in a draw to win a price)
- Display Adds (google, youtube, gumtree, etc . . .)
- Contextual Advertising (google, yahoo bing, microsoft, etc . . .)
- SEO (paid/organic)
- SMM (already have launched this for buzz and brand awareness. will continue and announce promotional and contests through here)
Job Description:
I need a freelancer that can help us achieve our target . You should have previous online marketing experience with proven results. I would preferably need to see your previous work and what your direct involvement delivered for the company (something measurable).
We require a freelancer that can come up with a best marketing idea based on our needs to help us hit the above-mentioned targets. I'm pretty flexible with terms if you can come up with a creative marketing idea. e.g. i supply the marketing budget, you help us reach our target and you will keep a percentage of the revenue generated through your direct marketing efforts.
