We need to have our websites rank well for selected keywords & phrases on major search engines; i.e. Google, Yahoo, and Bing........We will start with one website as a Test Project.............We will select a set of ONLY 4 keywords/phrases for this first website..........The website will need to rank among the first 25 results for each of these 4 exact keywords/phrases on Google, Yahoo, & Bing...........You will primarily act as a Consultant for our Project Manager and Webmaster. You will conduct a thorough review and analysis of the website and provide us with detailed recommendations to achieve the SEO goals. For the most part, these recommendations will be implemented by our Project manager and Webmaster. However, when and where appropriate you will be allowed to do select work yourself.............We will create 5 milestone payments for this first project............The first milestone payment will be released upon your submission and our acceptance of your detailed proposal describing the exact methods you will employ to achieve the SEO results. ABSOLUTELY NO BLACK HAT OR GREY HAT METHODS, ONLY WHITE HAT!!!............Each subsequent milestone payment will be released when the website starts showing up among first 25 results for each keyword/phrase either on Google (alone) or on both Bing & Yahoo..........If the results are to our satisfaction, we will extend the SEO work to our other websites and will form a long term ongoing working relationship.
