We have a new site, domain name registered 1 year ago, subject: Property Investing
We are looking for 1 Person/Company to take on all work, in order:
1. Work with us on design of landing page [we to supply artwork], work WITH you, set up submitting data to our CRM via API keys
2. Set up Adwords accounts, we will be targeting different areas, Russia, Dubai, China, towns, Dubai, Moscow... with suitable ads, maybe in different languages.
You will recommend ads and why they will work.
Report back to us with results on a weekly basis.
3. SEO on website for Adwords at first, then internal organic growth over months by linking, article writing etc to boos results in search engines.
4. Set up Facebook site, using pics from our database, text from site, getting 'Likes', submitting costing for a quality 'Facebook writer' 'data searcher' ...made up job titles! but someone to search for articles, then editing for our 'news' page. this might be 20+ hours a week if it gives us the results Google need to get to the top.
YOU MUST have experience and be able to prove it with RESULTS.
YOU must be experienced in setting up and running these campaigns at low cost, giving quality leads to our landing pages.
The end result is ALL ABOUT QUALITY LEADS.
This project will grow into a full time job for 1 expert to manage a 2nd person to enter data, update our website, keep on top of Google.
Pls submit your 'plan' with costs on a monthly basis, stating hours and rate per hour, total per month.
