We need to increase the traffic to our website. We did our research about the best keywords (between 3-5) to begin an SEO campaign to build traffic which will bring relevant customers. In addition you would need to analyze the website for proper seo optimization to assist in achieving these results. Website will be given to you after contracting. We are a tutoring services locating in the U.S. Please indicate what methods you will use, including verifiable reports that you must send to us to review.
You Must have : -- Expert understanding of Google & Panda/Penguin Updates, and how to work with them-- Fluently speak and communicate in English-- ABSOLUTELY NO BLACK HAT OR GREY HAT METHODS, ONLY WHITE HAT METHODS-- Google guidelines must be followed and no way should be compromised-- Only white hat, experienced, highly ranked on freelancer or SEO experts should bid-- Quality back links must relate to site topic on high quality relevant sites-- No spam method(s) can be used-- No black hat, gray hat or unethical SEO methods are to be used-- no junk profile building techniques are to be used-- No use of automated software or bots-- No links from under construction pages-- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.-- No link farms, traffic exchanges, link exchange programs or web rings-- No paid traffic sites-- No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc.-- No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandbox
Bidder Must be very experienced and explain exactly what methods you will use for this project. You must also provide detailed SEO techniques. Please submit any examples of completed projects you have done. During the project I will require weekly progress updates via spreadsheet. Failure to do so will void job and payment.
Budget: We are working under a limited budget for this project, competitive bids and cheaper quotations will be preferred and looked at first for consideration. We will work with the successful bidder on long term basis, to provide ongoing SEO to stay in top position in Google and also to add more keywords to the SEO campaign to rank our website in Google. Please provide your monthly SEO maintenance price for keywords to stay in top positions on Google, first page.
---------Payment will be as follows:
google rank 1-5 (for minimum 3 of 5 keywords) - 30% of payment released google rank 1-5 (for the 4 of 5 keywords) - another 30% released google rank 1-5 (for 5 of 5 keywords) - another 40% released Time frame 1-4 month. No upfront Payments! If you don’t agree, PLEASE do NOT bid!
