Project Description:
I need an SEO expert to put my websites on the top page of google for my chosen keywords. You will be starting with multiple websites at once. (2 or 3).
Websites must reach the #1 position in google (USA ) with targeted keywords
PLEASE NOTE: Full payment will be paid once results have been achieved. Please do not bid on this project if you do not accept these terms. Please see below for Payment breakdown and bonus.
You must analyze the competition for the keywords chosen for best SEO ideas and tactics
Off site SEO and On-site SEO
Must be very experienced with White Hat SEO. ( do not bid if you do not use white hat methods)

Must follow google guidelines ( a must)

Please show me some of your work. We will need weekly updates, and reports before milestones are released.
We are looking for someone who will communicate clearly without delays.
Communication is very important, you will need to explain and show methods used.

- No use of automated software or bots.
- No links from under construction pages.
- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.
- No link farms, link exchange programs, and web rings.
- No paid traffic sites.
No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandbox

- No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc.
* Links that are not approved must be replaced by service provider.
Payment:
100% payment when our site appears in 1st position in Google.
Milestone Payments:
30% payment when our site appears in 5th page of Google.
30% payment when our site appears in 2nd page of Google.
40% payment when our site appears in 1st page of Google #1 position
Bonus -extra 10% if site appears on 1st page google (USA)in less than 30 days.
