Teacher / Consulator for Mobile Affilication Applications

Hello dear Freelancers , *** PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJET IF YOU DID NOT 100% fully UNDERSTAND MY MEANING *** I am willing to find some teacher / Consultor that can teach me how I can make profits out of mobile affiliation .. I am using [login to view URL] as my app-network (just like [login to view URL]) and I am using [login to view URL] as my ad-network (to publish my affiliate links) a short explaination : Some Application Developers on MOBILE !!! are willing to pay their affiliators a payout for an action (install,download,lead,subsribe etc) .. all those applications are found under the app-network (mobpartner in my case) ... you need to take the unique link (affiliate link) and to publish it via an ad-network (buzzcity) .. based on some transcations you need to optimize the facts and make nessacry changes in order to make profits. on the buttom line , you need the payout to be greather than the price you paid to the adnetwork. I have two months experience in the field and I am really lost...
