The Relocation Directory - repost

Hi, I have set up a new website - www.relocationdirectory.com.au. Please familiarise yourself with it before responding. This is a new venture so I am looking for a long term relationship - someone who can help me create an SEO program, implement it and then work with me to track activity, analyse results, implement SEO updates etc. as the site grows. My preference is for a single point of contact - basically an extension of my team (albeit remote). As the site grows and develops the SEO activities will need to grow with it. Applicants should be able to discuss SEO requirements & options in simple english (to a non techie person). I am keen to put something in place that will ensure that the directory is found when searching for key words, industry categories. My first objective is to increase the number of visits to the site and to get the visitors to click through the home page offers and to go to the various service categories that are listed. Please put forward a proposal, explaining what you can do to help me build traffic to the site. What practices I should avoid (eg: bad seo practices). What you can do for me to continue to develop this website and improve market penetration if we were to have a longer term business relationship. For quoting purposes I would like to focus on getting the site found as the priority so please keep this in mind. Timeframe: I would like the initial SEO activities completed within 2 weeks from appointment date.
