App development project sales

We are an mobile app development company based in Pune India with a team of mobile app developers in iOS and Android. We are looking for freelance business developers who will send us project leads in App development, web site development. (Projects from outside India strictly) These leads will be handed over to us by this sales person and we will exclusively negotiate with the prospect directly. Based on the leads we will estimate on the project cost and send the prospect. Once the project is closed we will offer 5% of the app revenues to this sales person for the lifetime of the project. Please note that these projects should not be picked from Freelancing sites, nor will the projects be done on any freelancing site. (If it is found that the person is picking the leads from freelancing sites then the contract will be null and void)They will be executed away from any freelancing portal. Note: Commissions will be paid only on the finalised project amount and ONLY on the payment received from the client.
