Hi, I've just come across your posting and I'm very excited to work with someone like you. I have a blueprint specifically for real estate in the U.S. and I'm really keen to put it into practice. I have all the knowledge to turn a $3k marketing budget into $80k in just 3 months but not the experience. Well, I have experience with social media and marketing but I've been waiting for the right opportunity to put this real estate plan into practice. If I can get it working as well as the actual blueprint, then I will obviously have a valuable skill at my disposal as not only will this be lucrative for the client but as you can imagine, I will do okay myself as I'll be able to charge attractive fees and also commission. However, I'm prepared to do it in your case on a trial basis. I will =begin working with you on the blueprint without a charge. If you don't see any results, or are not 100% satisfied with my efforts, then you don't need to pay me. I back myself to achieve similar results as the blueprint because I'm no amateur, so if it works out this could be an amazing opportunity for the both of us.

I am also able to generate leads as per instructions-like from rebogate, vacant home data feed or REI PRO.
