Need small business marketing VA pro to target market and book special clients

I am a small business operating out of the home office. My business is commercial finance. My business needs 2 to 3 clients per week (with their loans closing) in order to grow. Your expertise means we can grow together. I offer commercial loans for contractors (electrical, general, plumbing, etc.), construction projects, churches, accounts receivable, equipment leasing/purchasing, restaurant acquisition/expansion, franchise, SBA, professional (doctors, dentists, chiropractors, accountants and attorneys) and in numerous other areas. I do not offer residential loans at this time. The commercial loans are offered nationwide and some may be for Canadian businesses. Minimum loan is $15,000 and I can stretch as high as $10B. I offer specialty loans such as a term loan. The requirement for the term loan is $50,000+ in income (shown on two years of business tax returns), and a credit score of 680+. A similar line of personal loan is offered with an income shown on the tax returns to be $50K+ for two years. I am able to get these loans approved within 2 to 4 business days provided all the aforementioned documents are received. The reason why the business is not growing may be because people offer services, such as the guy who did my website (kinda cheezy! - [login to view URL]) and others who could not take the responsibility in proving they were capable and failed to produce clients for the business.
