I need an expert in digital marketing to check the race digital marketing planning framework I have created against my set up objectives. Business Objective: Increase conversion rate by 0,2% on the website with the same traffic from overall 0,56% in last 6 months. Sub Objectives: 1. Re-engage existing customer by 10% compared to last 6 months 29,8% existing customers. (see appendix 7) 2. Increase the number of monthly qualified leads by 5% with the current traffic. 3. Increase monthly sales by 5%, increase selling more products for each customer, introduce influencers cooperation on Instagram, 4. Improve Email marketing strategy to improve open rate 5. Create targeted landing pages for different themes Business Objective: Customer feedback – improve customer satisfaction and gain feedback by 10%. Sub objectives: 1. Increase the number of reviews. 2. Get positive feedback. 3. Incorporate client testimonials, with pictures or video if possible. Business Objective: Complete online solution for SEO techniques for making website popular and get higher ranking on search engines Sub objectives: 1. Prepare relevant articles for the blog to improve organic search. 2. Prepare PR articles to improve SEO by link building – 4 articles each month. I need to make sure that the objectives have been added in the correct lifecycle stage. The strategies towards goals are correctly aligned with the objectives. KPI are correctly added for each strategy.
