I am looking for SEO expert for german language [login to view URL] to offload regular work.
We have too much workload on SEO work. We typically have already the website rankings on page 1 and require regular work to make the URLs rank on top 3 ranks on page 1
Also be aware we have very good SEO background too. We therefore do not look for starters, freshers or any agency, who wants to place their juniors there.
We look for experienced experts who help us to bring results to already good results.
IMPORTANT
custom NCC+NDA will be mandatory!

- require to do regular checks and reporting of your actions + results (beginnin weekly, later 2-weekly, and finally monthly after winning mutually trust)
- suggestions on how to improve
- keyword recommendations for more traffic
- optionally content creation
Why the following approach?
SEO agencies tend to do as less as required to see some progress at client side.
We look exactly for the opposite.
We want you to finish as much required to get fast/immediate to good rankings.
So the ongoing compensation will be low to not reward those, who like to extend the monthly fees.
Instead, we want to reward for achieving results (rankings) will be much more interesting for you and for us.
So if you can finish the work in one month, you get the monthly compensation + the one time payments for each of the ranks achieved or over-achieved. So your month compensation will be much higher as the only monthly compensation
=> a win/win for both sides
We look for partners who do win/win service providing:
- we prefer partners who have guaranteed results/rankings (our pages are typically already ranking on page1/top10)
- so payment will have to focus on results, e.g. like this offer:
...+ a low monthly fee
...+ a one time payment on reaching rank#3 and keeping it for at least 3 months at this position or better
...+ a one time payment on reaching rank#2 and keeping it for at least 3 months at this position or better
...+ a one time payment on reaching rank#1 and keeping it for at least 3 months at this position or better
=> we can agree on each milestone a different timeframe to achieve and a different compensation payment (based on complexity/competition of the keyword)

- with the first domain we want to build the trust in both directions (depending on your speed of delivering ranking results, this could be faster or slower)
