I need two apps developed, iOS app for customers, Android app for service providers and a web-based admin panel.
We already have a basic iOS app implemented (UI but no backend), we need a great development team or individual developer to continue the work.
You can find attached the requirements.
I prefer if the development is done using a hybrid framework like ionic .

In your bid provide the following:
1 - Linkedin Profile (I will not look at anyone who does not have a linkedin profile)

3 - Please provide Cost and Timeline Estimate of the attached scope.
