Build a IOS form in tableview

We are looking to create a tableview There can be all kinds of elements in a tableview row, to be precise these elements must be available; - Text input field - Segmented control (for example; yes/no or 10cm/20cm/40cm etc) - Slider (for example a percentage slider) - Switch (the green thing) - Stepper with textfield to show increment or decrement - Date picker - Single selection - Multiple option selection - Signature field where you can draw your signature - Long list single selection (around 100 options) NOTE; There always needs to be a textlabel above the following options. Is this textlabel there will be a question for example “How are you”, then you can choose a answer, or input something. The tableview needs to be in sections and build dynamically. What do I mean by builded dynamically? Well, the tableview needs to be “build” by a array so I provide a array with sections and sections titles Let sections = [“section1”, “section 2”, “section 3”]; Now you know you need to have 3 sections in the form and also have the titles. Now the tableview rows There need to be a array that defines the type of the tableview row. So this is for 1 tablerow (example) Let TableViewArr = [“inSection”: 0, “TextInLabel”:”This is the question”, “rowType”:”date-picker”, “required”:”yes”] Now you know in what section the row must go, the question for the row (for the textlabel) and you know the row type. There needs to be a "save" button, when pressed all values entered must be "catchable" so we need the data entered.
