iPhone bug - push notification/header -- 2

In iOS10 a new framework is being introduced by apple to handle push notifcations and that is UserNotification framework. So by seeing the clients bug reports it is not clear that the changes needed to handle push notification in iOS10 is already being done in the app or not. If user notifcation framework is not implemented yet then we can solve this issues hopefully by implementing user notification framework. If user notification framework is implemented and still having this issues then task becomes difficult as we don’t know what are the cause of these problems. we have to debug or find a way out. May be changes in both server end and app end needed, not sure.
