My Android app concept is a user is able to use the saved videos or pictures on the users mobile device to create their own live wallpaper.
When a user would like to change the current wallpaper on their mobile device, they go to the personalize menu, select wallpaper, choose between wallpaper or live wallpaper or gallery, and select the wallpaper they want to display on their mobile device.
