We are a startup working on automation programs for customers covering Robotic Process Automation, Chatbots , NLP/NLG , ML and AI. The project is to create a chatbot for HR company to answer standard queries from knowledge database. This will be a standard BOT to understand the intent of the query and search for mostly static content(80%) for the most probable answer or in case of no matches forward the chat and query to representative to answer.

BOT is very interesting project and there are various ways to implement it. Between Java nad Python, however I would prefer Python to implement project like this.
