implement webhook to receive transaction information from PayPal and Stripe

Contribute to a Spring MVC project. Implement 2 new APIs: http post method -> "/record-transaction-paypal" http post method -> "/record-transaction-stripe" Overview: Whenever a transaction is made on a registered PayPal or a Stripe account, our API needs to receive the transaction information. We should be able to achieve this by creating webhooks listeners by telling the account to send the transaction information to our API. The same needs to be achieve for both PayPal and Stripe transactions. I have a Spring MVC app in which I require these two APIs implemented. You will need a PayPal and a Stripe account to verify this (verifying in sandbox environment should be fine, you don't need to make actual transactions). The following functionality is required: 1. Stripe and PayPal successfully send transaction information to the respective endpoints 2. The customer is identified (use some id and add it to the Customer table: you can create a new field called external_customer_id) 3.
