Java - rewrite of Text mainly, image, editing application

Hi, I have an application in development for Win in C# which I need a Mac and Unix Linux version, Java seems the way to go, Mac version did not work out. It is basically an rtf editor system. There is a version of the Win app to show working. I am looking for a company with many positive refs, and there will be an NDA. This is an ongoing job (new versions etc). The Mac/Linux version does not have to be exactly the same. You must have a track record for this type of work. The PC version is C#, and all the code is in that. There will be some web access in a later version (shared data for desktop apps) and also iphone/mobile version. Thanks. Job is: This is a new utility that allows editing of multiple content areas (text, image upload, resize, not image edit). It has a graphic display, and some control of arrangement. There is more, to be revealed once NDA signed. It will run as a standard desktop application. Shared groupware version later on. Later will add online version so this is v1. Thanks
