Hi, This is really interesting. To give you a heads up, any ML model works by finding a pattern. If you have a pattern in a RNG, then it will be deterministic in nature and would loose it's purpose. So, with ML or DL, this is not at all an easy task. However, various literatures are available on net with which it might be cracked. I saw the excel provided and the metrics. I wouldn't say that I can solve your problem with 100% confidence. But with my relevant experience, I can give a try and maybe make something out of it. Let me know if you are interested and I can perform some basic analysis to produce a base model and then tune it up as well research and do further development.
