Hola, Yo empezaría con Terraform para levantar toda la infraestructura en OVH Cloud como código, así cualquier cambio queda versionado y se puede reconstruir todo desde cero si algo falla. Sobre eso, uso Ansible para configurar las máquinas y Kubernetes para los servicios que necesiten escalar solos. Para monitoreo meto Prometheus y Grafana con alertas reales, no solo dashboards bonitos, y ELK para poder buscar en los logs cuando algo se rompe a las 3am. Ya me ha tocado ese escenario más de una vez y prefiero tenerlo resuelto antes de que pase. El acceso lo manejo con IAM y firewalls bien definidos desde el día uno, no como parche después. Puedo tener la infraestructura base, monitoreo y accesos funcionando en 2 días. ¿Ya tienen cuentas y proyectos creados en OVH o arranco desde cero? Best, Emrah

OVH's API throttling can cause Terraform runs to fail when many resources are created at once. I'll add a retry back‑off and split the plan into smaller workspaces to keep each run under the limit. Ansible will then handle the post‑provision configuration so the VMs are ready for Kubernetes without manual steps. A common pitfall is leaving Terraform state local, which leads to drift and hard‑to‑track errors.
