Write a Java Code that can be run on Android studio. This code shall incorporate Google maps API. This simple app allows the user to touch draw scalable circle(s) (light yellow) (scalable by pinch), it is very important that the circle maintains its longitudinal and latitudinal coordinates (i.e. stay locked in position) while navigating the map. There are 5 buttons in this application: the first button is DRAW CIRCLE BUTTON (UI friendly sign), this is the only visible button on the start-up of the app, it shall activate the touch-draw the scalable circle. The second and third buttons appear while in touch-drawing mode and are: CHECK MARK (UI friendly sign) & DELETE, X MARK (UI friendly sign). Once the user finishes drawing the circle, they can hit the CHECK MARK, and two additional buttons appear in addition to the first DRAW CIRCLE BUTTON: those two fourth and fifth buttons are: RESIZE CIRCLE (UI friendly sign), the fifth button is DELETE EXISTING CIRCLE (UI friendly sign), both of which activates upon clicking on any circle on the map background and does the sought action. The last algorithmic aspect of this simple app is that the circle drawn must have the range of coordinates they engulf in clearly defined respective arrays for each particular circle that can be accessed.
