Nissan Skyline V36 Voice Command programming

The Nissan Skyline V36 (Coupe) is the same model as the Infiniti G37 (Coupe) in the USA.
The Infiniti G37 has voice commands (i.e. press a button and instruct the car to set temperature to 23 degrees, etc.).
The Nissan Skyline (in Japan) has the same Voice Command button and (to the best of my knowledge) has Japanese voice command functions.
When the Nissan Skyline V36 is converted to Australian language / satnav, the Voice Command control is lost (however the button on the steering wheel remains).
I would like to have Voice Commands in English in this car (which surely must be related to switching on some programming function, I assume).
