I am looking for someone with Linux and scripting code experience that can write script/code for a device so it will transmit useful and actionable data/information... More specifically, sending captured image data over 3g network efficiently and being able to log the GPS signal numbers appropriately.

Experience with all phases of software development is a plus.

Note: The Raspberry Pi device is already built with GPS and Camera
