Need a Freelance Graphic/Web designer for a Visual Configurator/Design tool

I need a freelance web designer who can design a visual configurator i.e. A web based application/Design tool which:
1. Lets the user customize the product as per his/her requirement from a visual library.
2. Offers a real time view of the changes/modifications made.
3. Automatically calculates the price of the feature/part added.
4. Has an integrated payment gateway/ system (Optional).
The designer should be a resident of India (preferably residing in Delhi/Gurgaon/NCR/Chandigarh) and must have a good working knowledge of Flash/JavaScript. He/she should be able to fully devote time to this project as it is of 15 days duration starting from Sep 10, 2012.
The entire work flow of this configurator is already structured and designed including layout, images, text/content & rules. I require technical support of an expert and creative web professional who can help me put the right thing at the right place and also integrate this application in my website perfectly so that it comes out exactly the way I want.
Please note that this is not a full fledged e commerce website and product range is very limited.
