Hello!

We need to create a new Advertising Banner format for iphone devices. The advertising banner should be a so-called "adaptive banner".

An adaptive banner works that way: If a user goes to a website which is designed for normal computers using his iphone, the adaptive banner pops up on top of the content and remains a CONSTANT SIZE, even if the user scrolls or zooms into the content using his iphone.

Basically, we need the same features that are described in the two links above.
