Looking for a web-based assessment tool written in Angular 4+ and NodeJs. Something elegant and very user-friendly. Similar to a pricing calculator tool we made https://[login to view URL] Looking for someone that can work angular animations and good with CSS styling. The difference would be that the user answers questions, thinking one at a time, with a scaled-answer, like 1 - 10 or 1 to 5. Then based on these answers, in the end, the app will give a graphical assessment/results using visual charts. We do not want the quiz hard-coded. we want to be able to easily add/edit questions via a simple text file, or if via code, because hard-coding is faster, then make it an easy way to copy/paste sections to expand the test, using components/directives. Attached is an example of assessment we've created in excel. I don't' want it to look like the excel, just giving an example of a version of the data and output.
