Angular2+ quiz editor

I am looking for a frontend developer for a long term contract. I have multiple projects in the pipeline, but first one is a rewrite of a quiz editor. The original code was written in backbone but I would like a complete redo in angular2+.
Development flow will be ticket based and I will do code review.
I don't require a full time commitment, but I can offer enough work to fill a few months.
