Our project deals with the use of a recently proposed technique in literature: Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). These deep networks will incorporate information from several different modes by a User Interface (UI) with AI-Assisted techniques behind. Therefore, we aim to develop a Medical Imaging (MI) Assistant that will assist physicians across diagnosis.
The requirements are as follows:
1. AI-Assistive Button;
2. Lesion Bounding Boxes (BBs);
From the issue (1), the idea of this issue is to create an AI-Assistive button that will trigger the #3 issue functionality. From here, the user can turn-on and turn-off our Assistant option to view the lesion BBs across the medical image.
On the other hand, also from issue (1) functionality, the system namely called Assistant can now show where are the lesions. Therefore we aim to create the issue (2) as follows. The first data is the vanilla DICOM format image of the patient. The second data is a set of lesion coordinates from a JSON file. Now, we just need to transform the coordinates on a centered rectangle.
