AWS MERN web app to finish

I have a production aws mern web app running on react/redux and mongodb/node. There are features to add and few bugs to fix. I need an experienced senior developer that will take the project from here, no time waster. Deadline is set for Saturday 1st December 2018 maximum. please take the time to read through the doc, everything is mentioned inside the doc, if something is not clear, let me know. I need to know 100% if you can do this and be honest with me from the start , I wasted my time with 3 other freelancers that just told me yes yes yes I can and here I am today again. budget is 400$ (can be negotiated) I can tell you once we discuss the project, I will not increase the budget 1 or 2 days later after you are telling me you want more money, those kind of freelancers I don't want them, pass your way, thank you. However if you do not deliver in time or the task is uncompleted you agree from the start to refund the milestones because you would have wasted my time. Again I expect professional work and delivered in time. Time wasters don’t bid, and only bid if you are 100% confident you can deliver in time. And only bid after reading the specs and understanding the whole scope of the project. Also please don't bid if you are not going to answer and if you are not afraid after reading all of this (filtering out how time wasters, sorry if I sound rude , I am a fair person, just had bad experience so far with this website). thank you
