I want to make a binary trading robot, for example the Olymptrade platform. later the robot will add up the OHLC of a candlestick at a certain time. for example Open, High, Low, Close / 4. if the result is 20 then don't open a trade, if it's more than 20 then buy, if it's less than 20 then sell.
