I would like to create an animation of a particle system based on a 3D shape.
And Each particle and the whole scene needs to have a subtle constant motion, react to the mouse position in angle as well as deflecting and animating organically the particles when those intersect/touch the mouse position.
You should know about WebGL&Canvas.

I am going to use a 3D shape to create particles on/around each vertex.
Maybe I can apply the deflectors based on the projected intersection of the mouse position
