create a multipage javascript popup

There will be total seven pages.
1. the first page will be the landing page with continue button only.
2. the next pages will have Back and Next button.
3. the last page will have Finish button only.
4. each page's data will be fetched from server - data will be provided as JSON.
5. the state of each page must be saved to database.
6. if the user finished/closed the popup before reaching finish, he she will again start from where he left.
7. content will have both images and text.
8. there should be a progress bar at the top.
9. will be a full screen dialog ( modal)
10. all the inside pages are similar ( only the last and first page differs)
will not make milestone payment without seeing demo
