CSS and JS Graph and Interface

I am developing a few stand alone units that have on board web servers. I need some assistance building the user interface side using CSS and JS. thing like controls, buttons, graphs and gauges. Most of the projects are quite small and should not consume much time however when the projects come to me they are usually quite urgent and need to be done quickly. The current project is a temperature interface to display realtime the temperature's if inside and outside a heating chamber. What needs to be added is a slider to select the offset temperature. there may also be need to add a graph to show the temperature over the last 24 hours, a gauge to monitor soil moisture and the air humidity. Given the code will reside on a microprocessor it needs to be small and robust as well as be able to operate with various browsers is possible however chrome is our primary targeted browser.
