Dynamic Integrations AS - AngularJS expert with knowledge of Fuse, graphs and report creation

We need someone to create an web application using Fuse as the source template. The application will be a dashboard and reporting application. The application should have it's own database with configuration settings and user information. The data that it retrieves from the sql database should be specified from within the application. Databases that can be used for reporting should be administered from within the application by someone that has access to it. The administrator will from a table view manage database sources for the project, the sources should also have the option to only be available based on user access level. In my example the administrator has added 3 database sources (connection strings) and all 3 is visible for all users. A user logs on with her account details. I will not go further into the details as to how the user should be able to add or edit information to the dashboard. I want you to create this so it is fully dynamical and easy to use. The users should not need to have knowledge of SQL to use the application. It should be fairly easy for them to add information to their dashboards. We should be able to select data from MSSQL databases with few clicks, i do realize that more advanced queries like joining and so on will demand some knowlege by the user. But make it as simple as possible. The system will only be used on premiss behind a closed server enviroment. The user table you create for the application that will handle login will store passwords in clear text. This is so we can easily change the source of the login table to a current one. Payment will be released when job is complete and we have received the project for testing.
