I suggest something slightly different - lets turn your flask app to a backend api that will be hosted on your sever. The JavaScript side is a simple library that communicates with you server and renders the results on the client side. I will do exactly that and will make you a WP plugin so you can publish it.

Hello, In wordpress we use shortcode to generate the content. We can also make a wordpress widget that can be found under appearance > widget. As for the javcascript to load the data and present it, we can use simple callback js functions that will load your program.
