EPOS Software for online booking system

BookingLive is software that allows companies to take bookings for any scheduled event. This could be a course, an activity, programme, resource or venue hire, event, appointment etc. Some clients have many walk-in customers who have not made advanced online bookings (much like how you might go 10-pin bowling for example). To handle these walk-ins, BookingLive require an EPOS system. Requirements: Design of EPOS software: Primary use is for walk-in customer bookings only Secondary use is for sale of retail products and waiver form signatures This will need to work with hardware (see 2.a) that you recommend Development of EPOS software: Mandatory requirements: Use the JSON feed / API to pull in availability Optimised for speed and performance Use the API to push booking data into system Integration with a touch screen (eg a tablet) Integration with a cash drawer Integration with a printer for receipts Desirable requirements: Integration with a PDQ device Integration with a barcode scanner Integration with a card reader Caching to allow the EPOS to work without dependency on an internet connection Waiver form / e-signature sign in upon arrival Compatibility with multiple OS: windows, apple, android Logs out user after a period of inactivity (10 minutes) Booking and Payment Process: Customer downloads application and installs Admin user logs into app entering their booking system url / id, username and password, which validates with active admin users via the API Settings section Configure which location Option to enter a float amount Select a product to book eg "30 Minute Trampoline Session" Display real-time availability Select the number of people who would be taking part and update availability Take any "required" details from the customer Present total amount Select method of payment If cash, cash drawer opens Booking data is sent to admin system via API including admin user Return to home screen Out of Scope: The following requirements are out of scope: Stock Control Door entry / exit systems like turnstyles Membership Cards Ticket sales and redemption
