Keyword Highlighter Chrome Extension

Let me know if you can develop such kind of chrome extension. Details are as follows : KEYWORD HIGHLIGHTER: As soon as you open the webpages - keyword highlighter will highlight the keywords of the text, and it will give you a brief idea about the text as more people will add the words into the bucket - this extension will grow, and people don't have to read the entire text they just scan the keywords, and they will understand the content of the webpage Also, highlight the conclusion in green so that you don't need to read the entire webpage content People will highlight the word and that word will go to the pool and those words will be highlighted in the webpage as soon as someone else opens the text and has the same extension in the chrome. There will be some words which they can't highlight - we will add those words in the bucket before English grammar, articles, prepositions, joining words, subordinate clause, W H type questions etc. will NOT be highlighted at all Voice output: At the end: all the keywords will be said via voice: that will help us to understand what's the text is about People can select how many keywords they want to see: will add the number and selection will be based on the top keywords. Rank will be assigned to those who contribute a lot: username. A person who contributes the most will get some gift every week. MY PLANNING TO START WITH : will add top most words in English: I would say some 5000 words English grammar, articles, prepositions, who etc. will not be highlighted at all Aren't these KEYWORD HIGHLIGHTER shared? Can each user see only his own tags? Answer: It will be shared FINALIZE THE TEXT/ WEBLINK - NO MORE CHANGES people will add or remove the highlighted text if they think it shouldn't be highlighted, and after multiple read: a small survey will be sent on the page if they are happy with the highlighted text and understand the text with the highlighted words then those articles/weblink will be locked for future change like keyword finder - we have to type the word and then it's visible in the text but here keyword will be highlighted as soon as come to the page - so that if they need some quick review then they will just scan the keywords Please let me know if you have any questions?
